The design of the Lee Cougan Flö
The Flö project started from a precise design challenge: how to bring the racing DNA of Lee Cougan into the electric enduro category without losing a natural riding feel.
I worked on the product design of a platform meant to combine power, control and an intuitive ride.
From the Crossfire DNA to the e-enduro
A key element of the project is the relationship between the Flö and the Crossfire Trail. The rear end kinematics and the suspension concept evolve from an existing Lee Cougan design language, re-engineered to handle the higher loads, speeds and power of an enduro e-MTB.
Integrating the Avinox system
The design was developed in close collaboration around the integration of the Avinox drive system by DJI.
The product design is focused on system integration, a clean architecture and the balance between electric power and a natural ride.

Starting from the engineered 3D, I then developed the technical renderings that go with the descriptions on the official model page.
